“ Best tacos in Thorton for sure! The staff here are very friendly and know very well both English and Spanish! You have got to try their tacos, they're always so good and well seasoned. My faves are barbacoa, alpastor and Asada. My husband loves their carnitas. Their rice is also very good! My 5yo loves these tacos he will eat it all and not leave a crumb! Salsas are good and spicy,I believe the red one is the spiciest. My go to place for tacos ! I highly recommend. ”
“ Hidden gem?? this place was fast and delicious. the tacos have double shells and the meat melts in your mouth, my tacos also came with some charred onion that topped well, they offered hot sauce but I didn’t get any. They have a variety of bottled juices and sodas. there breakfast burritos in other reviews look amazing but they stop serving them at noon so we will have to come back and try them. also their current schedule is closed on tuesdays ”
“ This place is legit. It’s located outside of the applejack giant liquor warehouse by the outlet mall. I had the quesabirria tacos with amazing consome- perfection!!! Was able to wait for a few minutes in my car with a little beeper to let me know when to grab my birria ( takes a few minutes longer than the regular street style tacos but totally worth the wait- less than 5 minutes). I also had the suadero taco con todo that was so fresh and tasty. I really can’t recommend this place enough. Even if you think you’re scared of food trucks, this place is better than most restaurants, super clean, super nice people working there, and delicious ingredients. ”
“ I have to go back and try the breakfast burritos and other tacos BUT with what little I tried I really enjoyed it!! I was wanting a simple torta which for me is a ham torta. Now they offer all other meat options but as I said I wanted simple. The tortas come with cheese, mayo, avocado, lettuce, onion, tomatoes and beans!! Like as a spread and I love this!! It hit the spot just fine!! The barbacoa taco was okay but the taco de Asuadero was OMG!!! The Quesabirrias look good too so I want to go back and try those. The red salsa had such a kick I was thrown off a bit but in a good way and the chile toreado was so big and spicy like I loved it! Breakfast burritos are only till 12 it seems like so I just have to try and make it down there before that. I love that they are out side of the Apple Jack wine and spirits because if you visit that liquor store you can smell the aromas of the Mexican food as your waking in and out!! ”
“ Best tacos I’ve ever had!! I went here for dinner with my sister yesterday and I only got 2 tacos at first, but I got 2 more before I left because these tacos are genuinely life changing. My favorite was the Al Pastor tacos. Prices are also great, 3 for a taco. I wanna try their quesabirrias next time. The staff was also super friendly! 10/10 recommend :) ”
“ My wife and I have been going here for the last three years and this is by far the best taco spot I’ve ever tried and I grew up in NM so trust me I know quality Spanish food. Nice family owned business by the sweetest people you’ve ever met they put a lot of love in their cooking and you can easily tell. 10/10 YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE! I know live up north in Johnstown and drive down to Thornton just for this food! ”
“ Tacos are fantastic. We got al pastor, chorizo and the birrira tacos. My favorite was the chorizo, it was so good that we ended up getting 2 more to go. Would definitely stop back here and highly recommend especially if you are at the outlet mall. ”
“ The tacos here are soooo good! I cannot wait to try everything else on their menu! I tried their barbacoa, carnitas, and asada tacos and with their mild sauce and ! And on top of that, the service is phenomenal. They’re so kind and they made these tacos very quick too, which is always a huge plus! Especially when they’re as good as they are! ”
